Review: Saj Night

Yesterday we had a saj night in my father in law’s house. We do the saj night every year And since this year I have a blog, I decided to post about it.

We gathered at 7:30 PM and the weather was SO GREAT!

This time we had a variety of selections such as:

  • Qash’awan cheese “its a Lebanese name i think”.
  • Haloom Cheese.
  • Beef fajitas.
  • Chicken fajitas.
  • Falafel.
  • Spanish.
  • Mortadella.
  • NUTELLA “I’m in love with it!”.

    Each of the above can be wrapped with saj bread, You can imagine the taste! (Walla wana ga3ed akteb now ye3t again!

    Esara7a, i’m recommending it If you want something nice for a family gathering o chethy. If you want to make a reservation its better to reserve a day before. But keep in mind there is a minimum of 15 person to serve.

If you feel like having something similar at home and you love nutella, I can give you this recommendation. Bring two peices of toast and put Nutella on one of the peices and cut thin slices of bananas and add them on top of the nutella. Put the other peice on and then put it inside the kind of toaster that closes . Know which one I mean? Let it heat up a bit and taraaaaa IT’S AMAZING , give it a try! :)
