Remember the coconut I bought the other day? I posted about it? Today i decided to cut it open by myself. (Rajoo used to cut it for me before) so, I went to the kitchen, took my “sa6oor” (a big knife) i don’t know it’s name in English and I started hammering it, and kept hammering, hammering and hammering! For about 10 mins!

THE RESULT:NOTHING CHANGED!!

Guys how do you crack it open?? ThankGod I’m not in a secluded island!

      break the three inversed nipples open. remove the coconut milk, then repeatedly hit the nipples with your head or a hammer (might take five hits) and it should break open in two equal parts

      you can crack open a coconut very smoothly if u just learn the technique.,. i remember how impressed my husband was the first time i cracked a coconut in front of him (after he insisted that its a mans job and that he should crack it) it is very simple doesn’t need strength at all, sadly i cant teach it here maybe ill “youtube” it!

      Mishary, its a pretty simple thing…take a curved sickle ( a machete) . Hold the nut in one hand hit it right in the center….it cracks with one shot…then insert the sharp end into the crack and snap…u have two halves….the next time u want a demo, call me :)
