Since the weather has been shifting to madness by the second I thought you might find this site, KuwaitStorm, helpful to decide whether to stay indoors or go out. I know I’ll be checking it from now on before I make posts like “Enjoy the weather this weekend.” :P
You might want to check Yahoo Weather too. My brother seems to like it.

Kuwait Storm sounds like a great name for a football team!

They use WeatherUnderground, which I also use, but it isn’t always timely. Sometimes the airport website has more up-to-date information, but not so nicely presented.
