I think they were going for a traditional, straight up Kuwaiti feel with this Invitation.

For the Arabic-illiterate, They’re basically saying that the official opening of Villa Moda’s new Almanshar branch is going to be held on the 6th of April at 8 o’clock. The attendants should were the traditional Kuwaiti kaftan for women (dara3a) and Dishdashas for men. There will be also a tradtional musical acts performing for the audience.

Since INM birthday is today Me & my wife decided to invite him and my family to lunch at Lenôtre.  By the way, this chief (in the picture above) saw me taking pics so lazam ela ye6la3 bel sora! 😛
