Thats like the worst location in the world. Hawalli’s traffic is a nightmare!
Mark it depends on the route you’re using. use the 4th ring road and take the 1st right into hawally, the one before the former law school building and you’ll get to Sultan center without facing much traffic.

Man, its a good step to rent grounds and all to some respectable investors, but the question is.. is it doing any good to the club?

i agree that the location is not good. sultan must be in wide open place far away from busy streets.
