Maintenance is the key to many of these great little treasures. Some bright guy decided to make the fences of the Ahmadi houses out of "kirby" which looks just awful. It's like you're out of Kuwait.. A lot of the houses I see have a front yard, a rooftop and a fence (although now they're chinkoo moo nafs hathaa lel asaf).
