Have you seen there is a building in downtown Kuwait (near the KFH) being torn down and they are tearing it down from the top, and there is this huge bulldozer sitting up on the fifth or sixth floor tearing the building down – like I get scared even driving by. Who is checking the weight bearing capacity of the walls, and how does this work???
