lol I have alot to say about this.
1) This is not a fountain ( nafoora ) this is a waterfall ( shalal ). The reason is simple cause water is dropping from above.

I have seen something more amazing than those above and it is called Anti-Gravity waterfall, meaning instead the water going down it goes up.
