We were 16 and then we were joined in Bahrain by Weld el-ma6aba. 17 chaotic guys. Very unorganized trip which made the whole thing that much better. I loved not knowing where we were going.
I wish I took more and better pictures of our road trip.. but i didn’t. I even forgot to bring my camera to our friend’s wedding in Alkhubar. This is my first trip to Bahrain since 2002 and aside from the 2 new malls: Moda mall and City Center mall, I can’t say it changed much in those 6 years. Which is good. And the people are extremely nice!
This is City Center mall. If I’m not mistaken this is the biggest mall in Bahrain now.
I bought these books at Virgin megastore.

Moda Mall. It is under the trade center. Every major brand have a boutique either opened or opening soon in there.
Villa moda has a branch there too. Small but very chic.
No trip to Bahrain would be complete without a shwaiter Halwa (a traditional Bahraini sweet).

It was a great and very well unorganized trip.
I dont know if the places you went to are amazingly nice or is it just your insane photography ! love all pix starting from number 4 n downwards, whewo !

I enjoyed Bahrain when I went there. They had some great restaurants owned by a Kuwaiti guy. But I don’t remember seeing all the higher end designer shops, that’s awesome.
