Are you going to complain about the traffic to work.. ever again?

We spotted this flying trike in Alzour as he was passing right above us.

I think it’s a very cool hobby and I would love to go on a ride one day, but the thing is.. I’m afraid of heights. Especially when I’m hovering 30 meters above ground in a little flying tricycle. Actually, that would be my worst nightmare come true πŸ˜›

I think this is the most expensive babyfoot game, its located in Dubai and mostly is made of gold and silver.

and here comes the funny part it cost ONLY KD42,000 πŸ™‚

I think no need to mention the link for buying the thing but if you’re still interested in buying it just email me and i will tell you where to find it πŸ™‚

Thanks INM

If you enjoy camping and are thinking of going with your friends or family, then I think you should read this little story I got here:

My father’s friend’s son was camping with his friends somewhere in Kuwait. The place wasn’t isolated and they were surrounded with a lot of other campers. It was night time and the guy couldn’t sleep but all of his other friends were asleep. He was just lying there facing the tent’s loosely shut door. They never fully shut the door incase someone was in a hurry to relieve himself in the middle of the night…

While he was staring at the door waiting to fall asleep, he saw someone trying to get in. He was expecting to see a familiar face entering, but instead he saw a very tall black man entering the tent. He stayed quite. He didn’t know him and immediately sensed that he and possibly all of his friends were in danger, so he stayed quite, fearing that the guy might be armed and any movement may evoke the guy to use whatever weapon he may be carrying. The guy entered the tent and was looking around by now. Our friend made sure to stay quite and followed the guy with his eyes. The guy came close to him, he was carrying a big stick.. it was too wide for a stick.. then he saw it, the guy was carrying a big butcher knife like the one pictured above. He knew it.. either stay quite and hope for the best, or make a sound and result in a catastrophe.

The guy went from one person to another, taking every mobile he finds. He even had the nerve to uncover one of the sleeping guys to take the mobile from under the blanket. After taking 5 mobiles, he turned around and went out of the tent.

Moral of the story: BECAREFUL OUT THERE!

I went last week with Mom to this place coz she wanted to buy some kitchenwares. She told me that I have to post about it coz this place is a haven for every person responsible for a household. Their products are of high quality, their prices according to Mom are reasonable and more importantly, they have everything when it comes to kitchen and housewares.

who-this-actor

Its an old ad. but I’m wondering Does anyone know who’s this actor ? πŸ™‚

P.S. He’s not Kuwait πŸ™‚

P.S. II 9K2HN and the rest of the family excluding Yousef can’t comment on this post πŸ™‚

UPDATE: As expected most of you know who’s that person which was 3abdallah il sad7an πŸ™‚

Taken from Dezeen:

“Saudi Arabia-based telecommunications company STC have designed a wireless internet router that can also be used to hold flowers.

STC (Saudi Telecom) was in need for a unique router design that would provoke a positive emotional response. Wireless internet, Voice over IP, land line telephone and wired DSL are all incorporated into this elegant device.”

If this is true then I hope it doesn’t get released in Kuwait coz a router/vase is so not what we’re looking for at the moment. I think it’s cool and important that they’re thinking different, but imo it’s more important to actually come up with cool ideas instead.

Check the comments here. Hilarious!

Thanks DVLz.

This is Porsche’s first four-door sedan.Β There will be two models, the Panamera S and Panamera Turbo trim, each fitted with a 4.8-liter V8 putting out 400 HP and 500 HP, respectively. They are planning to sell 20,000 Panameras globally each year. I’m wondering what are the prices gonna be like in here?! πŸ™‚

My friend just got the Epson p6000 and was showing it to me the other day. It’s a multimedia storage and viewing device with 80GB harddisk. At first I wasn’t sure what to use it for, but after playing around with it, I thought it’ll be a very good thing to carry around in the camera bag. You know, it’d come in handy at those times when you’ve just finished taking pictures and you want to view them but the laptop isn’t around.

We were in Marina crescent on thursday for the GulfRun event. There was a car show and a lot of really cool cars on display. I didn’t know it was an annual thing and that this year is it’s 4th.

“The GulfRun was first created in 2005 by a group of young Kuwaitis’ who wanted to practice car racing in a professional and secure environment. They wanted to avoid street racing, reduce car accidents, and prevent spreading fear among public, therefore, they rented the world renowned Bahrain International Circuit to be able to achieve their goal, strengthen their driving skills and learn the capability of their cars.

Three years later the GulfRun has evolved into an annual friendly racing competition. Under the guidance of professional-racers and instructors, racers are able to push their cars to the limits in a regulated and secured environment. At the Bahrain International Circuit, full safety will be emphasized as multiple instructors will be present along with a full safety staff, commonplace in F1 races.”

NY post reports:

Michael Jackson has become a Muslim – and changed his name to Mikaeel.

The skint superstar, 50, donned Islamic garb to pledge allegiance to the Koran in a ceremony at a pal’s mansion in Los Angeles, The Sun can reveal.

Jacko sat on the floor wearing a tiny hat after an Imam was summoned to officiate – days before the singer is due to appear at London’s High Court where he is being sued by an Arab sheik.

A source told last night how Jacko, brought up as a Jehovah’s Witness, decided to convert as he used a studio at the home of his chum to record a new album.

The star – whose hits include The Way You Make Me Feel – was spotted looking “a bit down” by a producer and a songwriter who had both embraced Islam.

Thanks Hamad.

Since i got tons of emails asking me how can they make their BB read and write Arabic and even some send me their Blackberries to put the Arabic fonts into it, I’m deciding to dedicate a post to the way of installing Arabic fonts on your Blackberry to show you how simple it is.. it takes less than 30 seconds!

Here is how it works:

  • Connect your Blackberry with your laptop via USB cable.
  • Download some files from this site and open the folder.
  • You will find a lot of files in this folder search for a file called Arabic.bat and double click it.
  • A black window will pop up with a lot of text going on.. just sit back and relax.
  • Your Blackberry will reboot a couple of times do not panic. It’s normal procedure πŸ™‚
  • After the black window goes away, discounect your Blackberry and thats it. Your blackberry now support Arabic πŸ™‚

My friend came across these fine actors in Soug Almubarakiya last week. They were shooting a scene there. I really wish I was there.. I still to this day get all nervous and in awe when I come across Kuwaiti actors of this caliber πŸ™‚

Thanks Sulaiman.
