Yes its camels milk used in chocolates. Don’t ask why but Dubai decided to enter the chocolate world with a new idea based on camel’s milk. yet i can tell you why they might have had that BRILLIANT idea g63…
you see, the difference between swiss chocolate and british chocolate is that swiss ones are made with condensed milk, which was a swiss invention afterall. However, british chocolate is made with fresh cows milk. Hence The Cadbury Dairy Milk notion… thats why to me i prefer british chocolate over the swiss ones…
Now how to jump in ya dubai? how do u make something unique? If you make it with fresh milk, which would not taste like british milk coming from cows eating from fresh green meadows, you won’t be able to beat the brits…
If you make it with condences milk, you would be imitating the swiss

It’s the same thing if egypt wants to make to make unique chocolate, they would make it with buffalo (jamoosa) milk
By the way, they sell camel milk in bottle at the Supermarkes in Dubai… i have seen it myself :S
Well in Eroupe they drink the milk they get from horses, nothing wrong to try such a product !!
