  14. purpleram says:

But is there really a market for such a ‘Premium’ carrier..

there are an awful lot of terribly rich Kuwaitis… but will the numbers suffice for a consistent load factor in the face of the rapidly declining economic climate…

I know quite a few frequent flyers who are pretty ok with the ‘premiumness’ of an Emirates or the likes..

  17. […] Some Contrast posted some pictures of the plane a couple of days ago but I couldn’t until I got approval from them since they are my client. The above and below are pictures of the plane parked in Toulouse, France where Airbus built the plane. Hopefully next month I am going to be in Toulouse for the official unveiling and take some of my own photos but for now here are some of the photos taken by Airbus. The Kuwait Towers are proudly displayed in the tail of the plane and I think it actually looks pretty good. Definitely much better than the new MEA design which I HATE. […]

  18. Bashar says:

Ever since our American friend, Al AL whom we fondly like calling ” El Al” has told us about seats in the First Class being fitted out with electric shoe shiners, we so cannot wait flying with Wataniya.

  22. The Argumentative Egyptian says:

I kinda like their tack of referring to customers as “Guests”. That’s a first for this region. In a certain sense it is very
” Kingfisher” you could say. After all, their Chief Technology Officer who is Indian was an old hand at Kingfisher airlines.

  23. Celestino says:

  24. Nice …
