Teeman, it means you wont be charge for all incoming calls you get. For example, if u get a house call.. international call..chethy!

They have to get their (***) kicked to start acting. Zain has done the same thing as well.

So now whenever u wanna call, call ask land person to call back 😉

Should bring their revenue down. No regrets

I can’t believe all this time Kuwaiti mobile companies had been charging people for actually receiving calls! I thought this only happened with retarded American companies where mobile networks are still behind in technology. Why did the Kuwaiti telecom regulators allow it all this time?

Muscati… In Kuwait MOC (ministry of communications) dont charge any outgoing local calls so people wont abuse it.. I am telling you with this, its gonna change and I mean it will cost a LOT but lets see how it goes.

Simple example is I will give you a miss call from my cell phone and you will call me from home, and no one will get charged… and I am sure a lot of people will do that hehehehe. Who will then go out of business 😛
