when i first read it i thought that it WAS cancelled.
so for the sake of title only readers..put the question mark next time ;p
its not yet confirmed , i think al7okam will decide before the match, cause i think its too early to give a decision.

the omani FA said that it might be cancelled due to the weather bas no one can call it up except the referees of the game so we’ll have to wait for their decision if the pitch is playable or not.

The weather has been terrible in Muscat since Tuesday. Oman and Qatar are playing while I’m typing this, so I’m assuming that Kuwait vs. KSA game is still on schedule (right after Oman vs. Qatar).
I went to see the Kuwait v Saudi Arabia match. Ma sha’ Allah, jumhoor il khuwait shayleen il mal3ab shaylah, lakin hard luck. Ma kanit min 7athkum.
