The Avenues mall is the largest mall and shopping center in Kuwait. It is soon to be the largest mall in the middle east and one of the largest malls in the world.

It not worth it to open this mall in Dubai, it already has enough and their economy is not in a good shape so I believe not only the mall it self but the whole Burj Dubai is made for the reason of giving Duabi a symbol as kuwait tower or status of liberty.
