Just got this via email from Bechara:

The design incorporates high end indoor entertainment facilities that are expected to raise the volume of visitors by at least half a million visitors per year.
It will be divided into 3 major zones: INFUNITY, THE BOWL ROOM and THE FREEZE CLUB.

THE BOWL ROOM
“The Bowl Room”, with an area of 2 576 m², is offering 20 high-tech bowling alleys along with a VIP section bowling alley to accommodate guests’ special needs.

THE FREEZE CLUB
“The Freeze Club”, with an area of 1 500 m², is targeting the teenagers’ generation with a range of entertainment offers that have been tailored to suit their taste with electronic games, soccer network games, internet area and many more.

INFUNITY ZONE

The opening of the mall has been postponed to the 5th of July. These photos are related to the Bowl Room, one of the zones of the biggest indoor entertainment center in Kuwait, which is located on the 2nd level of the 360 Mall. Wait to see pictures of the other zones, which are Infunity & The freeze Club

I pray to God they don’t spoil it by enforcing strict segregation. Although it would be fun having a Ladies or Families night only on Sunday evening or somesuch.

Wow – really really cool! I can’t wait to see it live.

I found out its a Danish interior designer called Claus Boman who did the initial design of The Bowl Room – even the name and concept he came up with while working for some small Bangkok design office in Thailand. The managers of the design company steered into some financial problems and laid off half the office including Claus, so he wasn’t there for the final detailing and implementation. However even without his final touch, it seem to come out very promising!

Apparently he did a very cool bowling alley in Bangkok as well for SF Strike Bowl.

Looking forward to see more from this guy – as I’m told he designed houses, corporate offices and loads of shopping malls throughout Asia as well.

Found his website here http://www.bomandesign.dk – thus seems to miss an update.
