This is my second time with the NBK’s ATM, what shall i do with it:
Option 1: Return it back to NBK.
Option 2: Keep it with me ( I did before).
Option 3: Fix it (but i don’t think its gonna work)

Happened to me once. Just tape it and ppl will accept it. Good luck.

this happened to me just two days ago at the ATM in the Avenues – i walked into the branch, but since they were closing, they just taped together it for me ;/
Give it back and ask for two tens?
How about you tape it and try to deposit it in their machines… I bet it will accept it 😉

I agree with sul6ana on this. If it was one KD I might let it slip or try to stick it back together but it’s 20 KD. Go and complain! Give those people at customer support something to do till the weekend starts!

You can go in the bank and ask them to replace it.. simple as that! Mala da3i complaint o loya!
just give it to one of your friends at the central bank and they will replace it. it happened to me once, i was gonna complain but my friend who works in the central bank told me he will replace it when he goes to work the next day, and he did.

That happened to my aunt as well, and she spoke with NBK and they said they basically coudn’t do anything about it.
You would need the reciept and the location and time and all these details so that they can write a complaint.
