Couple of days ago me and 9K2HN were searching for some one in Hawali to print in our macs Arabic letters and we found two or three shops which can do it but the problem was the letters can’t hold more than 3 months then it will begin to fade away, so we decided to replace the whole key board with an original Arabic/English key board and we headed directly to iCity and guess what? it cost us only for replacing it KD120 plus KD 10 plus you have to wait 1 month after you pay for it! so in total KD130 plus 1 month of waiting ! so we left iCity and headed to DIGITS and found out thats also the same! but they offer us some thing else which is we can buy it from the net and after we recieved it we can bring it back to them and they gonna install it for KD10 (which iCity refuse to do the same) so we went back home and i was searching for it in the net and i came up with this thing which is a silicon cover which ONLY gonna cost us around KD 8 you can check it out by clicking HERE
I have that for the Macbook Air, and it’s a better choice than printing arabic or replacing the keyboard bcos I don’t think I need arabic much on the laptop hell I don’t use it much anyways.
So I would definitely recommend it.

Bass tara ana ma fahamt the cover you’re recommending do they take this one out and they just put this instead or do they just sort of stick it on top of your existing keyboard? Anyway, hopefully when you do receive your order.

جهازي هو ماك بوك إير
واجهتني نفس مشكلتكم وهي أن الكيبوورد باللغة الانجليزية وعندما عملت طباعة على الليزر بحولي أحسست أنها شوهت شكل اللاب توب بالاضافة إلى أن الاضاءة الخلفية للكيبوورد لاتبين الاحرف العربية لأنها مطبوعة وليست متكاملة مع الجهاز
ذهبت لآي ستي وكما ذكرت في موضوعك فقد قالوا السعر بـ130 مع التركيب
قبل اسبوعين اتصلت على شركة آي ستايل في السعودية وتحديدا في منطقة الخبر
سألتهم عن الكيبوورد العربي فقالوا لي موجود وسعره بحدود 52 دينار
!!!!
فاتصلت بصديق لي كان موجود في الدمام وابغلته زن يشتري لي الكيبوورد..حولت الفلوس وماقصر جابلي الكيبوورد
ذهبت للآي ستي ووافقوا على تركيبه بـ30 دينار بالاضافة أن الجهاز راح يقعد عندهم اسبوع
!!
وجدت لي فني وقال لي إنه مستعد يركب الكيبوورد بـ10 دنانير
لكن للأمانة خفت خصوصا إن الماك بوك اير جهاز حساس
وجدت لي شركة أخري تتعامل مع الماك اسمها :المكاتب المتكاملة ،نعرضهم في حولي والورشة في منطقة الري
سعرهم كان غالي ،قالولي بـ 30 دينار ولكن لأني كنت أبي أحط الجهاز بأيدي متخصص وافقت على سعرهم وقعد عندهم الجهاز ليلة واحدة فقط
وصارلي يومين من ركبت الكيبوورد الجديد

لذلك أنصح بشراء الكيبوورد من السعودية وعمل انستالينج للكيبوورد في شركة ديجتس
مع العلم أنني زول مرة اسمع بشركة ديجتس،،،لكن الظاهر وحسب ماهمت من موضوعك إنها شركة متخصصة بالماك
يعني تجيبه من السعودية وتسويه عندهم والتكلفة ماراح تتجاوز 60 دينار…نوعا ما الصفقة عادلة

ملاحظة
حقيقة الكيبوورد العربي فعلا ممتاز وأفضل من طباعة الاحرف بالليزر وذلك لسببين
الاول
الباك لايتس تكون شغالة على الاحرف العربية
الثاني
شكل الاحرف افضل بكثيييييير من طباعة الليزر
اذا في اي استفسار من عيوني بس راح ارد بكره إن شاء الله لأني تعبان وبروح أنام ألحين

you can engrave the keyboard at digits for 15 KD 😀 .. the problem is the engraves wont light up in the dark 🙂
Thats very smart, but why do they go straight to Quran for the arabic keyboard! Thats very stereotypical!
