Just got SMS from friend telling me that Kuwait Towers on fire and the firemen are there right now. Any one can confirm it?

UPDATE:
Kuwait Towers got evacuated right now and two persons got injured during the evacuation.
UPDATE II:
it was electric short circuit at the control room at the base of the water tank tower (the one with single sphere). There was no fire anywhere else.
The only problem there is now no electricity for the whole block .. even the nearby restaurants.

You can follow the fire story on KUNA. Seems to be settled now. There was another fire a few years ago I remember.

yes i have seen it while driving by; it was a scary sight with all the police cars, ambulances, & firetrucks…
yes i have seen it and tried to capture picture,i got one and edited so kuwait towers can be seen,but it reminds me time of Gulf war.

Its insane how little maintenance they do with these buildings and they are holding up.. I feel like Kuwait is falling apart at the seems!
