I was just talking to an OSN sales person over the phone and he told me that they’ll send each OSN subscriber a decoder (satellite receiver with no slot for a card). He said that it’s a gift so you could enjoy the channels in HD format.

Can this decoder affect tv piracy?

Just got off the phone w/ OSN CSR who stated “Due to unforseen trouble with our upgrade/integration with Orbit, the new HD decoders will not be issued until AUGUST. No one will be getting new decoders until AUGUST, so forget watching HD channels until August.
