I was in Bahrain this past weekend and I found these 2 dishdashas by Jill Sander at villa moda.

The white one is for 210 KD and the black is 256 KD.

A couple of days ago 4th Rig Road’s blog mentioned that Crocs store finally opened in Kuwait, So INM decided to go to Discovery Mall and have a look there, he noticed that the store is so tiny and not updated with the latest Crocs models. Well, atleast it opened in the right time since Crocs online is no more accepting our credit cards, even the Amex. So now our only way to get Crocs either by this store or by Amazon, but amazon doesn’t have a wide collection to choose from.

I posted a few months ago that Alshaya got a franchising agreement to get the American eagle to Kuwait & the Middle east.

My friend just told me that it’s going to open it’s first branch in Kuwait in march. It’ll be in the Avenues mall, and it’ll take Topman’s location.

It’ll also open it’s first branch in Dubai, 10 days before Kuwait’s.

My cousin was at Omnia Mall in Salmiya and he came across this Abercrombie shop. He told me that it’s not a part of the franchise, and he also mentioned that he had his doubts when it comes to the clothes, but he’s not sure.

Does any one know if the clothes are genuine or fake?

Happy news for online shoppers, Saks Fifth Avenue added Kuwait to their list so now they ship directly to Kuwait via FedEx.

Also there is an option to view all the items in Kuwaiti dinars, But the sad news is not all brands can be shipped to Kuwait for example, Juicy Couture, UGG Australia .. and others.

I was at their Dar Al Awadhi branch the other day looking for some photography related stuff, and while looking around I noticed they had a good selection of Case Logic bags, and also some Lowepro bags. And their prices were reasonable too.

Just  got  an amazing set of Crocs o-dial cases, limited edition, from ANM, These little cell phone holders are just like the real  crocs shoes, I think most mobiles and little gadgets would fit perfectly. And they look good.

I was reading confashion’s blog and found out that Vila Moda Al-Manshar will be replaced by their Warehouse, which i think its a good move from Vila Moda because i dont think it’s worth the ride there , but with this change i think i might have a look there inshallah soon.

A long time ago i used to buy t-shirts from Benetton which at that time cost me around KD20+ per t-shirt and i was thinking till yesterday its a reasonable price but yesterday after finishing our meeting we went to a mall called  Centrestage Mall New Delhi which is the largest mall in Delhi, and i spotted there Benetton so I in and loocked for polos and came up with 4 t-shirts but the problem was what? The price for eachI polo was KD 6.5 ! I didn’t believe it until I asked the seller “are these shirts a replica?” He answered with a smile: No sir we don’t sell any replica’s we’re an official Benetton branch. Then I asked him then why they are so cheap .. what do you think it was the answer?

I parked right infront of Centre Point Fahaheel when i finished from the diving class, and passed by twice before going in. I was looking for shorts, I don’t go there usually because the place isn’t as inviting as other places are, especially the Fahaheel branch. But I’m glad I went in this time.

Guys the shirts in there are very colorful and summery. Funky is a more suitable word, and they’re dirt cheap! Most cost less than 4 KDs, one of them was only 2 KDs! I ended up with 6 shirts for less than 23 KDs. I didn’t know I was a 7azra that much

They’re extra cool. I wouldn’t wanna miss out if I were you.

Najdiya is a shop near the grand mosque and the commercial bank. The shop makes and sells traditional Kuwaiti slippers (ni3il naydiya). Unfortunately it is shutting down soon (as soon as they sell off their stock) and now everything in there is deeply discounter. I went and bought 2 ni3il naydiya, one for me one for my brother, for only 10 KDs each.

There are 2 kinds of Naydiyas; the 30kd ones, softer leather and have more colors and shiny stuff on them, and 10kd ones (the ones I bought) which are available in different colors too but less the shinny stuff.

And they’re made in Kowait.

I just read on Q8BlackMarket’s blog that Hackett has just opened a branch in the Avenues phase II. I only discovered this brand recently and I really like their shirts.

I received an email forward from my aunt yesterday, it was written in arabic and it went something like this:

Tommy Helfiger, the famous designer, is racist and he hates Arabs, Jews, Hispanics..etc, and that he wishes none of the aforementioned races would buy his clothes, And then the email went on to say that Tommy was hosted on the Oprah show and she asked him whether the rumor was true or not and He blatantly answered “Yes” as in the rumor is true, and then Oprah asked him to leave her show.

Naturally, after reading it I went to Youtube to see this victorious moment. And guess what? It turned out to be just a BIG Fat Lie. just another rumor that’s been circulating for years. Oprah had him on the show over a year ago and they talked about the rumor and set the record straight.
