Just found out that iCity Avenues branch is offering for a limited price of KD299 17″ iMac with free iPod nano plus some cases .. i think its agood bargain.

The 17″ 1.83 iMac was discontinued in 2007 when Apple came out with the Aluminum iMac which comes out in 20″ and 24″ only. These iMacs that are on sale are almost 2 years old.
Even their discount is a rip off, they think that they can fool people with this “marvelous” offer.. it’s not even the new ipod for god sake
i can get a new white macbook with a boosted graphics card and much stronger processor, or add couple of bucks & buy the new sleek aluminum unibody macbook which mush faster and stronger.
but there’s one problem… watch out for the ipod case is hard to get :p
ahh come on icity people be sensible in ur prices only one time & make a real deal think about the costumer, for once try to win a costumer not money.

How much does it usually sell for?
For some reason, even with this recession it seems that prices aren’t going down that much!

This is actually very expensive and not a good deal at all as other people have mentioned above.
