Just found out that Electrozan is selling the BOLD and the new Curve for KD193 & KD187 respectively.
UPDATE:
just went to Electrozan, Alghanim, Eureka and called Zain with no luck all of them are out of stock ! and for the Curve it reads only Arabic with no Arabic keyboard.
Those prices are reaally good.

Zain selling Curve for KD120 or less but you need to subscribe with them for a one year contract. this is a good offer since you by the end will use their network.
