I get this when i try to buy credit for my Skype account.. Its blocked from our Ministry of Communication, So the question is: Is this the end of skype in Kuwait? is there any way to credit my account?
Hi, you dont have to use a proxy to recharge Skype.
You can use a service similar to Paypal called MoneyBooker, they debit your credit card and you can easily recharge your skype account without accessing the website. Even thought the skype home page is blocked, all the services are still functional. 😉

you can try to use a proxy or failing that have a vpn set up through a virtual server account which you can also use to host your blog.
you can try to charge it by using different internet provider such as the Zain e-go, it works fine with me
I think it is. I don’t know why the ministy would that! Even when I try using Skype To Go to call a Kuwaiti number from the States, it won’t let me!
