Today just spotted one of the newest private petrol station in Kuwait, its located near Al-Reqqa area and still its under construction but they choose orange to be their favorite color, lets hope they’re coming up with something new.
@Bu Yousef, its a new venture from Al Soor…they have plans to built small supermarkets near the gas stations..they are already doing this in Shaab gas station on Gulf road….
I was a regular customer travelling in Expressway 40 and used to fill petrol in ALFA station No. 116 west Hadiya Traveling way #40. When I filled petrol for 3.500 KD and gave 10 KD, the service person refused to give change and asked to go and bring if urgent.
Most importantly he and his collegues were having a bunch of change. I was in a real hurry to go to office. BUt I was aksed to wait for about 15 minutes. When I complained to the cashier, he reluctantly came out of the seat and finally gave the change.
If ALFA has to establishe the name in the competitve environment, this approach of customer servie may not help. I and many people will think twice before approaching the petrol station.
I hope they will improve the customer service to establish their name.
