Mishary posted about this station over a year ago, before it opened. This station is near GUST & ACK. I went last week for the first time, and I thought It was refreshingly different from most of Kuwait’s outdated gas stations.

It looks like it was lifted from Dubai. We hope to have many more similar stations in Kuwait.

It just shows you can build a model of anything in Kuwait but to roll it out is another story. There is a web of govt approvals and bizarre viewpoints such as ” petrol pumps are only licensed to sell petrol” ! Apply and wait for permissions for anything else you want to do. ! UAE upgraded in under a year … And that happened in 2001…
finally a gas station that also has a convenient store attached.. wonder why it too so long to start here…
the best part of fuel stations like Eppco and Emarat were these stores that were attached to it.. i’d frequently get my breakfast from there!
Fully agree with AR… Rolling out the change will be the challenge. Can’t wait to see it happen. We need it!
