Mark it depends on the route you’re using. use the 4th ring road and take the 1st right into hawally, the one before the former law school building and you’ll get to Sultan center without facing much traffic.

It’s the new sultan center, Qadsiya Club is using his grounds very well. They even have a hotel !!!

i agree that the location is not good. sultan must be in wide open place far away from busy streets.
