Ham doesn’t just mean pork. The term ham can be used if the meat is taken from the thigh of the animal. The picture above is probably turkey ham. They have a bunch of ham products in the fridge and have had it for a really long time.

In muslim countries they use turkey ham and refere to it as ” ham ” ..
