Just arrived to Kuwait Airport from Mumbai which was 3 days in a row raining ! I couldn’t see Mumbai in detail due to long meetings which were starting from 9AM all the way to 5 PM .. Any how I’m happy that I’m back 🙂

    Welcome home!
Bloggerista – You are right. Mumbai is one filthy place – what do you expect when you have the filthy rich of India living right next door to the super poor?

On a different note for all ill informed Khaleejis out there a visit to Altamont Road, Carmichael Road, Warden Road, Malabar Hill, Marine Drive, Nariman Point, Kemps Corner, Cuffe Parade, Peddar Road and Juhu Tara Road will truly be a unique education of sorts.

The comparisons between Mumbai and Kuwait can be in more ways than one. Both are cities of vivid contrasts : that you have areas such as, Abbasiya, Hassawi and Jleeb sharing the same geography as Dahiyat Abdalla Salem, South Surra, Mishref and Jabriya brings out this factoid of urban life and living (as we’ve come to know it) in rather a poignant way.
