You gotta love the lazy people behind this invention. I remember a couple of years back Mishary telling me about his room in Japan having one of these toilets where it does everything for you, and I remember being very impressed by the idea. Now my other friend found this one in Bahrain’s Ritz hotel.
I wonder if it’s available in Kuwait.. I would feel weird using one of these but I know at least one lazy friend who’d kill for this toilet!
I was just coming out of Tilal in Shuwaikh when I cam across the bed boutique. I wanted to buy some more of their Tampur pillows (I’m in love with it every since the first try), so when I saw them plastering ‘30% Off’ signs across their windows I knew I had to go in.
I went in and they told me that all of their products are on sale, even the accessories, everything is off by 30% so I bought the 2 pillows you see billow. The one on the right is my second one of the same kind, I bought one back in february, but one wasn’t enough. The pillow on the left is one I’ve been eyeing on the net for a long time, I’m gonna use it tonight.
I don’t know what you guys are using but these Tempur pillows are amazing!
I bought the MultiPillow (left) is for KD26, and the Symphony pillow (right) is for KD31. Also, purchased a new TV Bed Store mattress for my bed toimprove my sleep.
The Bed Boutique is in Tilal complex, Shuwaikh. Phone # 22256172
I’ve always wanted to know how they manage to get the red stripes on the white paste, and I always wanted to google it. Today I did. I expected something a bit more exciting to tell you the truth.
The tube has more than one compartment in it, one big compartment for the white paste, and another smaller one for the red paste. keeping each color intact and ready, and by squeezing it you’re applying the red on the white and so the paste come out striped.
Faihan Al Arbeed Famous for his roles in الأقدار and إلى أبي وأمي مع التحية has passed away the day before yesterday. May he rest in peace. Allah yer7omah.
I loved him in إلى أبي وأمي مع التحية in both part 1 and part 2 as Bo Adnan the baqala owner. He was so real in that part and his acting was effortless.
Dr Haya Al Omar has something to say to you about Autism:
What is autism?
Autism is a lifelong developmental disability that affects the way a person communicates and relates to people around them. People with autism have difficulties with everyday social interaction.
International Autism Day is the 2nd of April. This day was recognized by the united nations as an “International Autism day” since 2008.
The Autism Marathon was one of the events that took place on march this year to help support Autism. This was organized by Kuwait Center for Autism, Kuwait Autism Society and Reach Volunteer group.
This year we will also have a booth to distribute free ” Reach Autism ” ribbons and booklets regarding autism in 360 mall and marina mall.
You can also support Autism by buying Awareness products on line through http://hadeyastation.com where all proceeds will go to Autism children in kuwait.

The filters in your cigarettes may contain pig’s blood. Thats what I just read on the net, that Researches have confirmed pig haemoglobin, which is a blood protein, have been found in the filters. It’s being used in the filters to somehow reduce harmful chemicals from entering your lungs.
So far only one tobacco manufacturer in Greece confirmed the use of pig haemoglobin. Researchers have been demanding more transparency in what goes into making a cigarette, coz it may be a big deal for certain groups of people like Muslims, Jews and Vegetarians, but tobacco manufacturers aren’t too eager to share their secrets “that’s our business and a trade secret.”
Tea Forte is available at The Nut Tree in Baitak tower. Tea Forte is a well known brand (if there was ever such a thing as a high end tea, it is this) I thought it was only available at Tea Art shop in AlMuthanna. Both shops are for the same owner.
I learned last week from my brother that there is a difference between the White capped bottles and the blue capped ones. I always thought it’s just a design difference, but turned out the colors indicate a lower sodium version of the bottled water.
Yeah so the white cap means low sodium and the blue cap is regular water. This might be helpful if you’re trying to lower you daily Sodium intake or in a low sodium diet. Take a look at customwater.com to gather all the water bottles you need for camping, cooking and stay hydrated.
My friend and I wanted to buy good pillows for some time now but we didn’t know where to look, the best we could do was IKEA, all my pillows are from there and I wanted something different. She also needed a new mattress as she noticed signs of air mattress leak. We went to a couple of places before deciding to go to Tilal complex, and thats how we came across the ads for https://sleepify.co/ghostbed-mattress-review/ which took all our attention right until the point where we found The Bed Boutique.
It has a big collection of bed pillows and the best mattress for back pain, they’re so diverse. I use the word diverse because before going to The Bed Boutique, we were at The American Mattress, and their collection was disappointing. All of their pillows were kinda the same, the pillows doesn’t differ much and their prices were exaggerated.
Back to the Bed Boutique. They have a little room where you can try all of their pillows while having lots of privacy. The room is tiny and has one king size bed. The sales person actually encourages the customers to kick back and relax in that room and use it as long as they want, and take their time to decide which pillow to go for. I tried multiple pillows before deciding on their Tempur pillow.
The Tempur pillow I got is called Symphony, and it’s for KD44. It’s not cheap. You can get it online for KD30, but it’s heavy so I don’t know how much you’ll end up saving after paying the shipping costs.
It’s my 3rd night using the pillow and I’m enjoying it so far. It feels like a memory foam pillow at first, but it’s not, it’s different and much more comfier. You have to try it out if you’re looking for a pillow.
The Bed Boutique is at Tilal complex, Shuwaikh.

Sometimes I just want to take a knife and rip my tonsils out with my hands and slit them off.
I’ve been sick on and off for over a month. It started with my birthday, and I’ve been having throat pains for a month now. I think I had 7 days without pains throughout the past month. i’ve gone through many strepsils and Chloraseptics and the damned thing isn’t going away!
Since I was little this throat thing have been my thing. I wanted to get rid of the tonsils 2 years ago and I went to a prominent Kuwaiti doctor, forgot his name, and he gave me a bunch of meds, but nothing helped. I remember him saying:
1-you gotta keep your nasal passages clear by using a drop (contains cortisone), you can’t have them blocked, coz thats when you get sore throats, when you overuse your mouth for breathing.
2-You’ve got to know how to sneeze, and thats by avoiding harsh exhales (I don’t know how he said exactly, but it was something along “latishla3 bala3eemik wenta ta36is”)
He didn’t do much. He then told me that even if we decided to remove your tonsils, that won’t solve the problem, you’d still get sore throat if the cause wasn’t totally your tonsils. Whatever thats supposed to mean.
I didn’t use any antibiotics till yesterday, I had to.
I might go to another doctor and see what I can do with my tonsils.

Yeah I got a food poisinging from eating one of the tenderest meats ever at Meat Co. in Bahrain.
The food was great and the service was great. But then after going to sleep that night, I woke up with an equally great stomach pains, followed by lots of visits to the toilet and then a fever to end my weekend on a high note.
I went to the hospital and got a drip with 2 different medications and some pills. My other friends who ate with me in Meat company all had different orders, except this one friend, we ordered the same main course, it was dish was recommended by the waiter.
^This is the dish we had, taken from their online menu.
We paid 19 BD for a poisonous main course. Oh well atleast it tasted phenomenal.
We received this email and were asked to share it with you:
“Dear Readers
We are undertaking a personal campaign to raise KD75, 000 to cover the costs of a bone marrow transplant and hospitalisation for Farah, an 11 year old Egyptian girl who was diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2005 and underwent chemotherapy treatment at NBK hospital with a very good chance of making a full recovery. Unfortunately she has had two relapses since then and a bone marrow transplant, which is not available in Kuwait, is now her only chance of survival. To achieve this I am looking for 150 people to each raise KD500 from their families and friends within one week. Monies should be delivered to Cheryl at the KACCH office (to ensure the donations are properly accounted for ) with name and contact details for receipts. I would be very grateful for your support and speedy response because although Farah is currently in remission she could relapse at any time so the window of opportunity is very small, and I believe she deserves this chance to live.
Thank you
Cheryl office: 22464723”
We can make this happen. If only 10,000 people participated with as little as KD7.5 We can make this happen.
Fellow bloggers this is a good cause and a good karma, let’s spread this around and hope for the best!
Don’t u feel that suddenly every one want to get white teeth? I know it’s a good thing and who wouldn’t want white teeth or whiter teeth in some cases. But I feel that it’s the new thing now. You hear about it everywhere and even see it at https://ashfieldfamilydental.com.au and on TV advertisements (which became 2 ads without me realizing at first!). And I can’t deny it, it does make the biggest difference in someone’s face and smile, so why not I guess.
There are some popular methods for example going to this amazing cosmetic dentist in Salt Lake City, Utah and having it professionally done or using whitestrips, and I think there are some teeth whitening pastes….I am sure that some of u are blessed with white teeth but my question is for normal people, did u try any of these methods? tell us ur experience and recommendations
A husband who discovers he is HIV positive in 2004, tries twice to inject his wife with his blood, and successfully get her infected, by injecting a needle wit his blood while she’s sleeping, just so she wouldn’t leave him.
The woman felt a sting twice at night, and when she asked him if he had done something he denied it.
The woman is said to have agreed to stay married to him even though he is an HIV positive person for the sake of their children.
I was at the airport the other day, and while in the pharmacy I found what some of my friends were looking for but couldn’t find. It’s some sort of cigarrette quitting tool, an electronic cigarette if you may, that’s been hard to find as of late. The box contains one cigarette that is rechargeable. It’s for KD25, mentioned in one of the Expert Vape that also reviewed the Exhale Wellness delta 8 disposable as a choice.
I encourage all of the smokers out there to keep trying. I’m sure you can do it.
My Mom just told me that her dentist told her they’ve ordered laughing gas (Nitrous oxide) and they’ll receive it soon.
It never occured to me to ask for this laughing gas as a form of anesthetic instead of needles. Is it available in Kuwait? My Mother’s doctor was excited about it when she was telling her.. Mom goes to a private clinic, not a well known one, so I’m not sure if they’re behind when it comes to this Gas, or is it because this Gas isn’t available/used in Kuwait.
Any idea? coz I’m sure gonna ask for it instead if it’s available.
I get sore throat all the time, and this made me to try out lots of medicines and all kinds of throat lozenges. Nothing worked better than this medicine pictured above. Chloraseptic is available in Kuwait, I bought mine from Boots.
